The new voice channel allows a user to open a report with a simple phone call, using dedicated numbers for the relevant organization.

The technical management is based on the integration between the Legality Whistleblowing platform and the switchboard, both hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

This solution ensures high standards of security, reliability, and control, protecting data from the moment the report is recorded.

  • Real-time encryption during audio file transmission via the HTTPS/TLS protocol

  • No recording is stored on the switchboard: the file is immediately transferred to the Legality Whistleblowing platform

  • Encrypted storage and voice alteration to ensure anonymity

Phone reports are managed with the same features as other channels, in a secure and compliant process. Every call is handled with state-of-the-art security protocols, guaranteeing the anonymity of the reporter and the integrity of the information:

A Simple and Customizable Experience for the Reporter

  • The reporter calls the dedicated number and listens to a customizable and multilingual guided message, agreed upon with the client

  • After accepting the terms, they can record their voice message, with a configurable duration

After submitting the voice report, the user receives a unique alphanumeric token to:

  • Monitor the status of the report directly on the web platform

  • Securely access the platform for any updates

The token is announced multiple times during the call and can be replayed.
